Staff for direct to boot are a JOKE! Unprofessional, ignorant, unhelpful, manipulative. Today I was waiting in the direct to boot bay for over 10 minutes while watching another staff member assist multiple other customers with their orders. Not once was I acknowledged, despite clearly being parked in the waiting bay the entire time. I eventually went to the door and knocked, but no one answered.
