Generally speaking, Jesmond Woolworths is not good to shop at except for bread, milk etc. The shelves are empty and staff not friendly. Recently this has started to improve with new staff arriving. I did come across 1 staff member that went out of his way to help us. Seizer went out back, got what we needed and then put the extra on the shelf. Well done ad thank you to the improving staff in same areas
