Click and Collect - Your store has an issue. Was told my order would be at my car 3.53pm .... 4:30pm I FINALLY got my order. This was after two trips from the car bay to the front desk asking where it was (and I was on crutches).. Too be told it was misplaced then it got collected then oh miraculously they found it. Waste of time - I did the direct to boot because I couldn't walk and spent half the time walking to chase my order
Really disappointed in the meat. I bought organic Australian steak on Thursday at $17. It was chewy, I probably had 4 decent bites and the rest I had to throw away... To have to throw meat away at that price is extremely sad. What is happening to QUALITY??
All their “fresh” baked items (muffins, bread rolls) expired yesterday. All the meat we had to purchase (beef mince, beef strips and chicken thighs) all expire tomorrow and none of it was discounted. When the expired items were pointed out to the staff they just shrugged their shoulders - they don’t care..!! This isn’t a one off - it happens all the time. This Woolies has been taken over in the last 12-18 months and the customer service and customer experience has gone backwards. In future we are going to ALDI to do our shop... read more
