Corporate need to look at the management of this store we have traveled Australia wide always been loyal Woollies customer and can honestly say Ingham is the by far the worst store, never have been in there with out excessive queues at the checkout followed by annoying public address calls for extra staff who eventually show up serve one person and scurry back from where they came, doesn’t matter if customers are still queuing, not blaming the staff they are obviously instructed to do so, don’t know what the problem is incom... read more
Woolworths is my preferred shopping option in Ingham Qld. Friendly helpful staff and a good range of products. I always check the specials to make sure they are specials. Just check under the specials ticket for the previous price or note what you usually pay for your regular items. I always check the use by date as well.
Very poor customer service. Young girl on the checkout was not only rude but did not take any care when handling my groceries. Have not yet had a pleasant experience at this store.
Getting worse every year, pallets in isles during opening hours all the time. Supposed to be 2 chekouts open at night and only ever one as the manager runs around looking busy but whilst lining up if you watch what she is achieving- nothing. Just doesnt want to serve. Spent 15 minutes in a que with others that had 2 items whilst the person in front had a $400 Shop. Staff have told me that there is supposed to be 2 on checkouts but the other lady at night pretends to be busy. Never used to support self checkouts until this. I... read more
