AVOID CLICK AND COLLECT This isnt about the team at the click and collect area, but about the store picking the items. Despite putting clearly to pick items with the longest use by date, the store repeatedly supplies food that expires wihtin 24 hours, in turn this means the task of buying food for the family has to be repeated and a refund arranged as it is literally impossible to cook all the food in such a short time, when this was requested NOT to happen. The man that was working in the sushi deli today was so lovely and friendly, and was kind enough to make me the sushi that I was after as it was not on the shelf. I was extremely happy with my experience. He deserves a raise
Frustratingly slow checkout experience today at Woolworths. With only a single register open, I waited close to 10 minutes to be served. Please consider bringing back more human-operated registers. This would significantly improve wait times and the overall customer interaction.
Nice store layout, clean shelves and quite spacious. Electronic tags are great. Can’t fault it really. I also like how there is a wide space for all of the self checkouts.
