At Woolworths Anala, many of the female staff are quite rude to customers and do not perform their jobs properly. Because there were no shopping bags available, I had to put my items in a trolley. When I realized that wouldn’t work, I asked one of the staff members—who is often rude—if she could give me a bag. She told me, “You can get one from the counter.” So, I went to the counter, got a bag, and placed my items inside. What happened to the pigeons? They were better behaved than most of the customers. Please bring em back. They bill and coo beautifully and make you feel happy while not looking too closely at the prices.
So so bad service
Dirty products everywhere. Fridges need cleaning. Ugh
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. An older white woman working at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending to an elderly Vietnamese woman who was simply asking a question. Her tone was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the interaction uncomfortable to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of age, race, or language barriers. Next time I will take your photo and report you to your HR. Do better.
