I had a very disappointing experience at this location. An older white woman working at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending to an elderly Vietnamese woman who was simply asking a question. Her tone was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the interaction uncomfortable to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of age, race, or language barriers. Next time I will take your photo and report you to your HR. Do better.

The trolly situation is not Woolworths fault. If you go to the dirty end of the complex I am talking outside in the Asian section you will find all the trollys left full of rotting fruit and veg from the shops out the back. My complaint to Woolworths worths don't stack grey looking mince onto fresh mince. It's not a good look. If you want more sales, put marked down meat separate from other meat. This meat I saw was far too gone to even eat. That was on Thurday 10th Feb in the morning. Stafe are all great and helpful.

I was at the self service check out machine 8 at inala at 1200pm. I was paying for the grocery and wanted to draw out $20. The machine gave an error which I needed to wait for the staff member to clear it. The Woolworths employee came. Did not greet nor talk. I tried to tell her I was cashing out $20. The staff member reply to me “you need to transfer $20 in your bank”. She attempted to walk away. Before she did. I ask her “what do you mean? I have money in this card”.
