Had an awesome experience at Woolworths Hollywood Plaza today. I was using the self-serve checkouts and Andrew stepped in to help — honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. His humour was spot on, he was friendly, helpful, and made the whole interaction genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare these days to have someone turn a quick shop into a great experience. Woolworths are lucky to have him — absolute legend.

I would like to thank Amandeep and Kiara for getting me my refund. Please be careful when purchasing gift cards. Visa Gift card was missing 4 numbers on the front and the security code on the back. The magnetic strip was also deactivated. This was the Visa $25 - $500 gift card.
Some attitudes can really spoil the experience for loyal, regular customers. The person at the self-checkout today was unnecessarily rude and clearly needs retraining in customer service and attitude. Never to this woolies again!
