Dont normally shop at this store and i can see why. The deli staff were unhelpful and just giving excuses on why not to do their job.
Another lazy company who don't like answering phones and are to lazy to actually check to see if stock is on the shelves. 4 times I have driven to their stores as they have said they have things In stock to find nothing. Next time you waste my time and fuel you will be paying for it..

Had an awesome experience at Woolworths Hollywood Plaza today. I was using the self-serve checkouts and Andrew stepped in to help — honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. His humour was spot on, he was friendly, helpful, and made the whole interaction genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare these days to have someone turn a quick shop into a great experience. Woolworths are lucky to have him — absolute legend.
