Ari at Highpoint Woolworths is the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is very pleasant to his staff and customers. He deserves recognition.

Horrible service from the day and night fillers. I was shopping on aisle 13 where the laundry detergents are the workers 99% of them bark growl and hiss at customers when they ask questions for example I was asking generic questions about specific laundry detergent brands on Monday August 25 around 8pm where the guy was abrupt could not even be present and I had to repeat 3 times. I was wrongly accused of stealing from this store because a particular Karen was having a bad day!! No resolution and feeling that I am looked at in a bad way when I visit other stores at highpoint by highpoint security :(
