Awful Woolworths, as with all the ones with largely Indian staff. Funny how this usually correlates to uncleanliness, old/rotten fruit/veg, terribly stocked stores, no one knowing how to do anything..
Five stars for Michael who served me this afternoon, 4 March 2024. He undertook his job with a smile. He promptly scanned all my items and packed my bag. He checked if I had a rewards card and whether I required any cash out. It was so nice to be service by someone who understood their job.
As a local, and long serving customer, the service has really deteriorated, let alone the range they initially had. Recently, I was held up for over 30 minutes as a product was on sale online but not in store. There was no information online to advise it was an online sale only. After multiple staff members giving me one excuse after another, the manager finally advised me that it should have been marked down. This incident has happened many times.
