Whose idea it is to put one poor person onto the click and collect I don’t know. This guy was running around and was the only one giving out orders. Cars were queued up for ages. I waited over an hour after clicking “I’m here” before I got my order. Got only half of it so had to go back. Then got the rest only to find heaps of things missing so will need to get them tomorrow. Felt terrible for everyone waiting in this heat but felt just as bad for this one guy that was on his own.
Fruit and veg hit and miss here. Definitely not as tidy as it used to be. Personal shoppers can be quite rude. Like the bakery section. Was served today around 2ish by a young boy with curly hair, I think his name was Cooper, he was very quick at scanning and packing just what I like.
Neat and clean. Well stocked. Friendly staff
