Today at the shopping center, I witnessed something that left me deeply upset. A man who didn’t seem confident with English tried to pay at the card-only register but was holding cash. Instead of kindly explaining or directing him to the right register, the lady at the customer service was cold, rude, and dismissive. She didn’t even try to help just turned him away. I’m a uber eats, i got 2 order for pickup from this Woolworths and need to collect at services desk but the old lady its very rude and unhelpful. Not a supporter customer and i need to cancel my order just because of her.
