First, I'd like to say I am sicker, Woolworths, pick up delivery, people are picking out people's groceries how rude they can be today. I went to hallett cove, and this one person picking up people's deliveries in the aisles was right in the middle and would not. Move over for me, I had to wait until she went past. Also, Woolworths are cutting so many gluten-free products. The renovation, or as I like to call it, the great squeeze. Not sure what the goal was here, but the aisles are now so narrow you basically need to hold your breath just to pass someone. And that’s if you’re lucky enough not to run into a trolley, a staff member restocking, or both. It’s always so busy, and with everything crammed in, it genuinely gives me anxiety just trying to grab a a few things. I miss the old layout. This feels like a step backwards, not an upgrade.

Has to be on of the most filthy Woolworth's, milk fridge stinks. Staff all over the place blocking isles. Places looks like a bomb hit, never once seems it looks neat. Bought a cracker mix from the fridge and it was full of mould

Staff are *constantly* blocking entire aisles with trolleys, they’ll either park two abreast and stop for a chat, or they’ll park the trolley on one side then stand on the other - either way no one gets through until they’re done. Then if it’s not that, they’ll be restocking shelves with even bigger trolleys during peak hour! The staff shopping for people are clearly either badly trained or under way too much time pressure - they’ll push past you, cut you off, glare at you if you’re “in the way” (ie. shopping) and sprint bli... read more
