Was a great store. Until they decided to combine isles And god forbid you go there after 5-6pm when the night fillers start. You cannot shop! Or think! I feel like i am always going past things that i need..... i liked it better before. Staff are friendly enough !
Outstanding Experience
Trolleys are mostly all broken with wobbly wheels and that's if there are any usable trolleys available. Aisles are narrow and stuffed with display features creating congestion especially with the click and collect staff blocking the aisles. Restocking staff members also add the the congestion with their massive pallets of stock blocking the aisles and are oblivious to the congestion they cause because they're too busy chatting to each other. Aisle congestion is getting beyond a joke. Yesterday I couldn’t get to diary products so I moved a couple of the huge trolleys myself otherwise I would have still been there. Guy working in the are didn’t bother assist! You need to up your game. On the plus side the majority of staff are amazing and super helpful!
This is my local, I shop here frequently regardless of my previous experiences as I shouldn’t need to go to a different Woolworths/shop for a better experience. I’ve resorted to online orders (direct to boot) as the aisles are small and it’s hard to shop, especially on the weekend. Unfortunately, online is not the way to go either. I’m constantly receiving not so fresh ‘fresh’ products.
