I have visited the woolies today in the afternoon , there was an Indian lady named Rimi, who served me “she was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Great customer service with a smile. And she made my day. I would like to give five star to her.

Still a 30 minute wait at the checkout for a human to serve! Very unkind to the elderly
I will never shop here again. I was assaulted by the security guards for a misunderstanding, I have disabilities and use the trolley as my walker and they grabbed the trolley and shoved me into a wall I couldn't move, I was verbally assaulted continuously because they accused me of having something I didn't and then stole items I purchased at other stores, I have never been so terrified in my life, if this is how you treat customers that have been shopping with you since the day you opened, you should be ashamed of yourself.... read more
