Love this Woolies and great service. The other day I dropped a lot of apples and then slipped over them in the fruit section but Preston I believe was his name helped out and he was kind and helpful Will be back

CAME TO PICK UP MY ONLINE SHOPPING, WAS TREATED BY ONE STAFF AS AN UBER DRIVER AND WAS RUDE ARROGANT AND HAD AN ATTITUDE, TRACEY WHO WAS DUTY MGR AS SHE TOLD ME REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME. TIME WAS 11.50 AM TODAY 24/10 ..STAFF NEED TO SECURE MORE TRAINING TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND NOT TREAT PEOPLE IF THEY WERE HAVING A HARD TIME OR DIFFICULT DAY. I WOULD NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS WOOLWORTHS STORE AGAIN. STAFF SHOULD REALISE WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS.
