Very disappointing customer service Absolutely appalling experience at the self checkout Friday evening for my daughter who came to me upset. The NZ Maori/Polynesian lady tending to the self checkout snatched the item out of my daughters hand and then proceeded to moan because the clearance sticker wasn’t scanning. There was absolutely no need for that attitude or behaviour towards a customer. A simple “the sticker isn’t scanning, let me check this for you” would have been enough.
