Worst run store in queensland. Empty shelves, rude staff, click and collect packers tearing through the ailes with no concern for shoppers. Manager needs sacking if they think this is how you run a business.

Shopped for my groceries at woolworths Gracemere the other day & took my own bags as I always do. I have the proper bags for cold stuff & the green material ones for all other items. I didn't notice until putting my groceries in the car that the checkout girl had put all my cold stuff in normal bags & left my cold bags empty. This has happened many times where they've put pantry items in the cold bags & cold items in normal bags. Come on people, it's not rocket science! Pick up your act! Cold items go in cold bags, its easy.... read more
Not enough checkouts put more people on the others worker shouldn’t have to come 10 times a day because you have poor managing abilities other than that got everything i wanted and everyone was friendly
