I was able to find the items I was looking for. Customer service friendly.
Staff at the self check out was rude in response to being informed i only had 10 mins to get to work around the corner I had been standing for 5 minutes after she had called over the speaker for someone to come to the front desk to be served I simply mentioned as on the second time she came to call for someone on the speaker again an the response was very rude an uncalled for I did not ask or want her to abandon her spot at self check out but to say "" what do you want me to do ... there are only so many of us "" is not a ok... read more

Click and collect is the best I’ve had in Cairns. Specifically the lovely lady with blonde hair and braces, she is so kind and always such a problem solver. Have always had better than expected substitutions when she’s packed my order, and really reads specific requests. Deserves a raise for sure 👏🏻
