Had a very horrible experience with the woman named Amanda, she has black hair and a real snarky attitude. She blamed me for a bottle of dish washing liquid for opening on the belt, I was nowhere near it and I checked it before I put it on the belt to be scanned. Don't do a click and collect order from here. You will wait at least 15 mins
Very bad , keep getting locked in every couple of weeks as staff are too busy or not paying attention to open gate. I have to yell at them to open up after standing there for ages. I found out detaining me is illegal. Sooner or later i will climb the railing and bring things to a head. Very frustrating !!!
