All bays filled for direct to boot after a delay. I was with my daughter to pick up and we were in line waiting. A man came up and very aggressively told my daughter she should park and wait for a bay. Doing this would disadvantage us in relation to the queue and anyone else waiting. Woolies need a different system to prevent everyone lining up in the Ampol driveway and the aggressive man was the woolies trolley collector who sped through the carpark after telling us off

Fresh food as always
Total lack of care for customers - to difficult to move through cash register line - WHY, OH WHY DID THEY TAKE AWAY THE 12 ITEM CHECKOUT??? We are regular Woolies customers - we also have Woolworth’s pet insurance - we receive $10 of one a month and also receive 10% of one shop a month - we are however not happy with the lack of cash registers that are open - people are being forced through the self-service area -most staff are friendly and helpful - we have noticed a decline in some product lines and we now have to go elsew... read more
Trolley bay is constantly empty on Sundays, the regular customers know to just grab a trolley from outside as they enter the centre. If you point this out to anyone, they'll just call over the PA for any available team members to assist with trolley collection, but nobody ever comes. It has now gotten to the point where the service staff stand around and joke about how customers are bringing bunches of trolleys in for others to be able to use
