The Woolworths boot collect pick-up time ends at 9 PM, but when I go between 8:50 and 9 PM, the staff are often hiding or reluctant to come out. It feels like they just want to leave early. If that’s the case, why does the app offer an 8–9 PM slot for boot collect?
