Worst experience ever. I am a regular customer and today as usual I went there to buy some groceries after work. I usually carry my work bag with me and never had any problems before but today a lady at the self-checkout was observing me closely as if I was stealing. I checked out and while coming out the lady rudely asked me to check my bag. Called in this morning. Staff at front looked half asleep. When asked a question young man just grunted. Sorry if speaking to customers is a hassle. Maybe get a job out of retail. Second person who served me on register had overpowering smell of garlic. What is wrong with people today are they just clueless about customer service or do they not care. This is unusual for this store but it does leave a bad taste when it happens. Maybe staff training is in order.
I was sitting at donut king watching the trolley collectors and I feel so bad for them all I see is them running to clean stuff and trolleys at the same time yet those check out people sit there talking doing nothing disappointing while there store manager was not talking nice to the trolley collector shame on woolworths
