Worst experience ever. I am a regular customer and today as usual I went there to buy some groceries after work. I usually carry my work bag with me and never had any problems before but today a lady at the self-checkout was observing me closely as if I was stealing. I checked out and while coming out the lady rudely asked me to check my bag.
