I’d like to say a big thank you to the staff member Chun who helped me last Saturday. The item wasn’t on the shelf, but he was very patient, checked the stock for me, and even went to the back to find it. Really appreciate his help and excellent customer service!
The checkout staff at the Fast Checkout (10 items or fewer) were busy chatting amongst themselves and showed little regard for customers. They accepted one customer payment, then made me wait while they continued their personal conversation. If staff are not motivated to serve customers promptly and professionally, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. This behaviour unnecessarily increases queues and creates an unpleasant customer experience.

This supermarket is terrible! Its self-checkout system is the worst I've ever used. Today, after buying a large trolley full of goods at Coles and other shops in the Glen shopping centre, I stopped by this Woolworths for a few items. However, the system became suspicious of my purchases and prompted a shop assistant to come over and check my receipt. Unpleasant experience and won't buy anything from here in the future.
