I usually enjoy coming here, but today’s experience was unacceptable. After checking out, I was told "it is not nice" by a staff member simply for scratching my nose. This kind of judgmental attitude is unnecessary and makes customers feel very unwelcome. Management needs to train their staff on how to be polite to customers. The female staff member working at the door around 5.15PM.

Below ave customer service. You wait at the customer service and the staff member and they come to you no greetings or apologies for the long wait etc and just nothing just none. A simple greeting is not rocket science. Also one old worker lady at the background was yelling at their staff too. Sure they can improve to be more professional.
