If you want to spoil your day, you can always count on an old lady staff at the Glen Woolies check out area who always never fail at that. She will be rude, talk down to customers and interrogate the shopper as if they are thief. It's utterly annoying and Woolworths should not station staff as such at checkout.

Rude and Completely Unprofessional, worst check out experience ever! Today, after my wife completed her payment at the self service check out counter, her hands were full, so she simply grabbed the Disney Disc slip and approached a staff at the check out aisle, to request for the pack of Disney Discs from her shopping. When she approached a staff named May, she questioned her in a suspicious tone, asking if the Disney Disc slip belonged to her? Really rude customer service from older woman working in the express lane this morning 25/07 at around 10:25am, please don’t treat customers like that. The interaction with you was disgusting and your attitude is so sour. You shouldn’t be in a customer facing role.
