What an absolute joy and experience to shop in a grocery store where the employees like sapan,Janet, Tegan, and carrie not enough space to name all these superstars but they treat you like family and no request is to hard, this team is great because of the unforgettable experts who drive the ship, Simon and Matt lead by example and will get there hands dirty and do the same tasks that is asked of their team, I can't think of a better observation of leadership and leading by example.
Be careful with the subscription renewal, I tried to cancel mine before and because of an error in the app I couldn't. It renewed and I contacted them, they said that the problem was my location because I was traveling overseas and even so they said they couldn't do anything and wouldn't reimburse me. I was deeply disappointed and have never been to Wollies again. If it was my fault, I would never care. In addition, I tried to insist and contact again but I never got contact through the chat in the app.
