I wish I got her name but this morning (30/7) was helped by a lady that was putting out the fresh flowers and she went above and beyond for me! Extremely helpful and patient.

Excellent customer service. I was struggling to find some items and one of the workers (Lucy) went above and beyond to assist me in finding it. She was very kind and professional. Highly recommend Woolworths Cockburn Gateway.

They had no one in stour to help and yet they had three people in the foyer herasing customers. After that I went to coles and they did not have the item i wanted so i tried to go back to Woolworths but they would not let my trolly in. They wanted it left unsecured out the front. The security were very rude.
