I was at the cosmetic aisle looking at some items. A girl who was filling in the shelf had wasn’t there when I got there and I was looking at specific items to buy. She came and said excuse me and stood right in front of me blocking my view of the very shelf I was looking at and standing in front of. I doubt this is how they are trained to treat customers or anyone at all. I stood there right behind her and didn’t move until she was done. Not something i expect out of Woolies at all!
The only time I have an amazing experience at this woolies is when I see Luci in self checkouts. She lightens up everyone’s day with her gorgeous face and truely excels in customer service. Her work ethic for this company is outstanding! Love her!
