Today at the store entrance, a short-haired woman with glasses (the staff member holding the remote key) asked another staff member to check my bag. She looked unfriendly the whole time and showed no apology for this action. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the supermarket can train their staff to handle such situations with more politeness and respect, instead of making customers feel offended.
