Connie was absolutely delightful at the self serve checkout this morning - she was welcoming and friendly. Connie offered her valuable assistance to us when she noticed we were scanning the same item individually instead of using the ‘quantity’ feature on the register. She explained the ‘quantity’ feature and then showed us how to use it. By doing this, she saved us a lot of time. Thank you Connie, we are very grateful for your service excellence and wish there were more ‘Connies’ just like you at Woolworths. 😃❤️
