I'd like to thank Michelle from online who was busy filling her online orders but she went out of her way to find a product that I couldn't find. She is a happy and lovely lady who seems to put customer service first.
They used to have a nice butcher section, but it8no longer there.
Today at the store entrance, a short-haired woman with glasses (the staff member holding the remote key) asked another staff member to check my bag. She looked unfriendly the whole time and showed no apology for this action. As a customer, I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the supermarket can train their staff to handle such situations with more politeness and respect, instead of making customers feel offended.
