Even thought this Woolworth in Fulham Gardens is close to my house and convenient for me to do groceries shopping, but i would never go back to this store again. Twice i was treated by very rude staffs. Today on the 12/4/25 at around 11:45am at Pos number 1, i was served by a very rude girl. She was serving me with the face as if i have done something terribly wrong to her. She did not greet, she did not even communicate even a word to me. Had a great experience at Woolworths thanks to Eilis! She was extremely helpful, assisting with all the requests we had and ensuring everything was explained clearly and delivered as needed. Her friendly and professional service made the shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Truly appreciate her effort!
Went and shopped today 17/02/25 around 4pm and there was a massive line up with only 2 checkout being opened yet there was 4 people at the front desk 1 Boy and 3 girls just standing around talking doing absolutely nothing. Seems to be like this often that nobody wants to serve on a big checkout and that they’d rather stay in the front desk which is a lot quieter. Seems like the only ones that work are the boys on trolleys .Customer service should be a priority!!!!!
