Whilst I am more of a Coles man, I must say this Woolworths is rather nice. It has a great selection in their deli department.
It’s a large store with plenty of variety and stock unlike my local Woolworths.
Can not return product if you are not happy with it and the manager smiles and be rude when customer is not happy and trying to return product stuff is the same
Staff and management are rude and dismissive. Need retraining in customer service and etiquette. Too busy filling online orders, which they place at the front of the store creating major blockages near service desk. Then the staff are yelling at uber delivery drivers because of their flawed delivery procedures. Fix it up and put it outside like other stores. I now shop at Coles most days. Less busy and nicer staff.
