Great service from team members inside the store but I am constantly arriving to do my shop to find there is no small trolleys considering your collector 28/08 6:30pm was often walking off and standing around talking to others while I had to walk outside to grab one myself..
You came to woolies to spend your hard earned money. But all u get is a miserable angry grumpy and no people skill staff. Were being displayed eventhough they were out of dates. Shelves were all unorganised, or empty. Above all, what puts u off is the kind of treatment you get from their miserable staff. NOT AGAIN.
I've observed that some staff members struggle with being welcoming and friendly. They often fail to greet other community members, and their demeanor can be quite off-putting. It's a shame, because a simple smile or hello can go a long way in making people feel valued.
