Terrible, terrible, terrible 😢 I just witnessed one of your staff members spitting on a customer's car in the parking lot. It was a white Toyota Corolla with the license plate that said PUNJAB2. Yeah racism is alive and well. Maybe friend should change his number plate so he doesn't attract senseless hatred. Shocking.
Absolutely disgusting this forest lakes woman on the self serve checkouts is. Single handily chooses me out as soon as I walk up up to a register to check my bags. Even though I shop here nearly everyday! Work for the same company and have told her numerous times. Yet still chooses me to check my bags and nobody else’s. Then when told “No you cannot” she will pressure you to by standing next to you and constantly asking. Makes you feel like a thief when everyone looks at you when she asks everytime. Since you have finished with the 12 item service aisle I think you will lose a lot of customers because I came up there today for just 2 items and the long queues told me to go somewhere else.I will not use the self service checkout
I shop at this Woolworths every week, and honestly, If it wasn't close to home, I wouldn't want to come here. Every time I go to the counter to buy fresh seafood, the service attitude of the Asian-looking employee at the counter is very poor. It looks like he doesn't want to work. It's very annoying.
Useless having specials when you don't have any out to buy.
