Most disgusting customer service i have ever expereienced at a store in my life. Will never step foot in this store again.
I quite often order for delivery from woolworths figtree. Today I ordered sausage mince to make sausage rolls for the kids. It was substituted for dog mince. Seriously do the staff, or management think this is acceptable. As I don't drive guess we are have toast for dinner. Absolutely dusgusted
We had a great experience at Woolies figtree today. All staff were very friendly and helpful, items were easy to find and the store is very clean and organised. The man that served us was lovely. Keep it up Figtree team!
Employee (seemed like a manager) restocking the cake fridge was very helpful. Had a good chat about the stock and was lovely to my birthday girl.
