Their staff are always willing to go the extra to help you, This branch is one of Townsville's best. So that's why I choose to go there, always pleasant experience. Only thing is the old trolley's are disgusting hard to push. All need to be upgraded to new green plastic light weight ones for elderly people don't want to have back problems...... Come on get with it even your trolley boys are suffering from pushing those old yucky things......😡😡 .
