I did a small shop at Woolworths Erindale today, was pleased to see the special price for a leg of lamb was $14, so chose a small leg and noticed the price was still $17 , so pointed the error in pricing to the customer service officer who was more than helpful and called the meat manager, who took 5minutes to come, wouldn’t alter the price and brought me a large leg priced $14 and said I could take that one and couldn’t assure me he would put the special price on yesterdays, that was still priced at $17,maybe you could put ... read more

There are only 2 good workers there a lady with curly hair and a Asian worker the curly hair me and her are friends and the aisian worker paid 50c when I didn’t have enough but one lady caught me stealing so I don’t like her

My husband bought milk yesterday, when I brought it home and opened it, the milk box was moldy. When I checked it again, it had expired for more than 2 weeks. I couldn't believe why in the fresh milk section no one checked the product and still in shelf for selling to customers . I would like to thank Deepika, the woman who served me on the checkout this afternoon. She was due to close but warmly told me to come through ( I had a large shop). She then stayed on and served another customer without complaining. I’m not sure if she ever got to go home😏. Woolworth Ernindale is lucky to have such a gracious employee.
