Google maps says opened until 10pm, I arrive at 9pm and the entry shutters are down. Useless
I could lead by saying the product is overpriced, but being a Woolworths, that's a given. The service is non-existent but again, it's Woolworths. What makes this one so egregiously bad is that it's impossible to find anything. Just about every week when I come in, most of the stock has been rearranged to be in places that don't make sense. This has been going on for a while now, so what's the deal? Apparently management has never heard of a planogram.

Worst experience in the online order ever, waited for more than 30 minutes for just one bag of order. Not even a bench for a sit down.None of the staff are responsive. They rather ignore and move away than to held accountability. All these order here but not the single bag I was waiting for. Worst Experience . After 40 minute they come to and says order was stolen whilst they could’ve checked that out a lot earlier. Staff needs either proper training or they don’t deserve this position.
