Tell your drivers to get off the phone to their family or friends if they can't read an order or deliver a whole order. $200 of food missing this round and a bottle of wine. The delivery driver was upset that the delivery caused him to pause his conversation and promising the order was complete. Only frozen and chilled items were there.
