There was a lady at Woolworths and she was scanning my items and she accused for stealing from Woolworths a pack of sprite. I bought those sprite from Coles and she couldn’t find it from the receipt and she throw the recipe back at me and I had to go back to Coles and the team member found the sprite on the receipt. Very disrespectful costumer service. ☹️
Rice pack was completely filled with mould, one of the workers sliced the pack open when opening the box and then hid it behind another pack.
Sometimes supermarkets can be confusing - this Woolies isn't. Well laid out, easy to follow signage and the most helpful staff I've encountered. They helped me, before I could even put my hand up for assistance. Plus, you can't go past the half-priced specials
Little moons in the freezer with the best before date of December last year and March of this year. Very unprofessional and gross
