As a woolworths royal customer, We are very, very, very disappointed. We had a massive shopping tonight and had the worse ever bad service, Really judgmental Staff, staff was talking badly about customers behind their backs. So unprofessional.
This need to be improved! Today 10th of May 12.20PM I visited the Woolworth store in Endeavour Hills to buy some seafood. Unfortunately, after standing and waiting at the delicatessen section for about half an hour I had to leave without the purchase because the only person servicing there was busy cutting 10 cooked chickens for the customer. Got treated like a criminal and asked to show a receipt from stuff I bought into the store.
