What just happened. Went to the front desk waiting patiently. One staff member (young girl) at the self serve asked do I need help i replied with yes. So I follow her, just for her not to do anything. The lady working at the front desk returns now I have to wait inline. No thanks i will go else where. No apology just looking at me.
