Absolutely RUBBISH click and collect. Never have a full order, was messaged 4 hours after paying $5 extra for a Rapid order, saying that if it wasnt collected TODAY, it wont be held. This is against WOOLWORTHS POLICY which states that orders can be collected by noon the following day!!! The manager here has deliberately been an arse the entire year because we complained at the start of the year about getting poor substititions and incomplete orders. She needs to be sacked. Fed up.
