Customer service is so very poor at this Woolworths, waited my turn for a packet of rolly papers while a guy unloaded a trolley full of items in the express checkout this afternoon,then wached the check out operator go have a chat with a young lady presumably her relative then ignored me and went to serve the guy who came in after me.I constantly see groups of woolies workers standing around having a chat.while people are waiting in line in the tobacco sales area and no workers attending customers,usually not even 1checkout ... read more
