I had the worst experience today. Me and hubby doing self checkout . Scan everything in 100% putting my things in my bags after i have scanned everything. Then indian lady employee approaches us out of nowhere says ‘did you scan those in or?’ I immediately said WHAT you think im just gonna put them in my bag without scanning. My partner lost it then says we were rude. Number 1- you should not assume and approach someone like that. Direct to boot is terrible here and if I could give zero stars I would. We live in Chittering so Ellenbrook is the closest Woolies for us. We have used the click and collect service plenty enough to know the process and it has now been multiple times that we have done a click and collect order (which my partner picks up on his way home from work) and our order has been wrong.
