Direct to boot is terrible here and if I could give zero stars I would. We live in Chittering so Ellenbrook is the closest Woolies for us. We have used the click and collect service plenty enough to know the process and it has now been multiple times that we have done a click and collect order (which my partner picks up on his way home from work) and our order has been wrong. Lots of room to move around.
You call yourselves the fresh food people, some of the products shouldn't even be on the shelf. Half rotten cucumbers bad fruit not good quality overall. Products outof date. Yes I have managed both fruit and vege and dairy departments for woolworths and coles. Start lifting your game. Need i go on. Spud shed have better quality than you at times and cheaper Pro
