Not customer friendly. Since the store got ‘upgraded’ it’s gotten worse. Pricing is expensive. Customer service is non existent. It’s a serve yourself store with staff only to watch your every move, like your a criminal. Facial is and tracking by instore cameras. Self serve checkouts that are invasive of privacy. I had scanned all my shopping and had my empty shopping bags and hand bag placed in my trolley whilst I fished out my phone to pay and the checkout wouldn’t let me as I had items to scan in my trolley.
