Click n collect system here have changed for the worst. Had to grab a trolley to transfer groceries from their online trolley. A lot of fussing and time consuming as well as finding order. I had placed a click n collect and it was for a very big shopping. I was quite surprised when the young lady wheeled it out to me, this was in a Woolworths stock trolley. I says to her oh do we now have to supply a customer trolley? Well I guess we gonna have to get one anyway. She says I don’t know, I’m not sure, I didn’t know they had them on this. Shopping in-store at Warrigal Road Woolworths has generally been a smooth experience — the store is well-stocked and staff are polite. However, I’ve had ongoing issues with their Click & Collect service. On three separate occasions, I was given the wrong order, and there have also been times where items I paid for were simply left out. Just discovered a 2 litre juice (Pink Lemonde) was expired (11.06.25)! No wonder it tasted 🤢 Purchased yesterday 21 June 2025, and wanting to save the environment, I opted for ‘no paper receipt’. So cannot return. Ugghhh wasted $7.50 on expired juice found in your chilled foods area with all the other juice. Please check ya juice Countdown Warrigal!!😐
It needs to cautious that a noodle product: Jonnywong Singapore noodle. We purchased one bag which is best before 30 June, almost 2 weeks away, however we found there’s mouldy on noodle when opened it. Then went to return, staff is very friendly and helpful.
