Oh my gosh, Best Woolies ever!! I met this lovely young lady called Tracy, she helped me so much with My doordash order. This young lady was so quick and efficient it blew my bloody mind. The customer was so happy i got a massive tip and came back to give it to Tracy herself. Thank you so much to this kind lady, She deserves a pay rise!!

Why is this app so hard to get assistance by a team member. After trying to phone Eatons Hill Woolworths no less than three times I’ve been teleprompted to phone again as the store is too busy to take your call. Really this is ridiculous with the time spent with the virtual assistant and time wasted when you’re redirected to try again. Woolworths lift your game as you will loose customers.
Very poor treatment towards delivery drivers at this Woolworths location. On multiple occasions the staff at the service desk have been extremely rude and dismissive when collecting delivery orders. One staff member aggressively called drivers over while we were simply waiting at the counter to be served, and even yelled at another driver saying “can’t you see you’re blocking the way” despite there being no clear direction given. Shout out to Tracey. Had a great Customer service from a young African American lady called Tracey. She was very polite, punctual and just very lovely and friendly. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her professionalism was consisted. She extended that same profesionalism to me. Keep up the great work.
