Went to this place today with my mother in law, we both asked if we could please have one of the new $2 colour coins, she turns around rudely to say the coins out the till are given out at random! Yes maybe at the self checkout but not at a customer service checkout so What a load of rubbish, every customer is allowed a minimum of one coin if asked for and if available. Your attitude and service over a $2 coin is ridiculous tbh.
Good discounts but the checkout workers are really slow
Oh my gosh, Best Woolies ever!! I met this lovely young lady called Tracy, she helped me so much with My doordash order. This young lady was so quick and efficient it blew my bloody mind. The customer was so happy i got a massive tip and came back to give it to Tracy herself. Thank you so much to this kind lady, She deserves a pay rise!!
Tracey is the best costumer service person I have ever experienced. She was so professional and did her job gracefully. I was confused on what product to buy and she gave me the best value for my money. Tracey is a 10/10 worker and person
