Im a regular customer at our Eaton store but today i left in a very angry mood. I stood at checkout for 20 plus minutes being 4th in line whilst the young lady laughed and giggled with an elderly customer. I then moved to the self checkout but the lady couldn't help me with checkout as wasn't allowed. so I got in the fast line with 6 ahead of me.
