I shop regularly at Woolworths Eastgardens due to its close proximity to my home. 29th January 2026, On the evening of this incident, after purchasing only three items — mangoes, bananas, and blueberries — I was stopped by new staff members under what I was told is a “new protocol.” Rather than being politely asked to show my receipt, I was interrogated in a rude, provoking, and intimidating manner.
