Saw a woman with a small dog (not a service animal as it didn't have any of the service dog gear on) walking around and letting her dog smell the bakery items, very disgusting and unsanitary. The staff didn't tell the person to leave and let them check out. You are not allowed to have emotional support animals or company animals inside stores. It's illegal.
Great store if you want to steal stuff. I’ve witnessed many individuals (mostly kids) stuffing things into backpacks and just walking out. Most recently just today, and when I told one of the staff members that this kid was in the process of stealing stuff he just shrugged. I just love paying more for groceries these days to cover store shrinkage when this sort of attitude is the norm.
It's convenient for last minute items otherwise I don't shop there. The one thing that I find totally outrageous is the ease with which people can walk out without paying for things stuffed in bags & pockets. In this area, it's a given, there's a mix of relatively well-off people, and street people/druggies. A number of times I've witnessed sticky fingers stuffing items in open bags and blithely walking out the doors without blinking. Latest time - just now.
