Very bad experience from the help desk staff. Today 19/04/2026 at 4.10 pm , I went in store as a milk run pickup driver. The staff at the desk responded to me even without a smile. As her device was not working she requested to scan code from computer and she asked me to hand over my personal phone to her. I politely said I cannot hand over my personal phone to her and I told I can scan it from system myself bcz the system is accessible from inside. There is no need to enter staff area.
