My last two experiences at this shop have been negative, and left me feeling confused and disrespected. Last week the self serve checkout scanned my trolley and detected the items that I had purchased at Aldi. The register would not let me finish my transaction. I had to wait for the checkout assistant to rifle through all of my bags individually. Worst worst worst store pickup experience. Waited 30+ minutes for just two bags order. The staff is unprofessional and suggest different options to spend our time like it is a fun for them. Could really see from glass door that staff were chit chatting more than working. Serving the customers after me but not me, on app it shows to pick up by 1:35 but writing this review 2:09.

Today around 12 o'clock, your company's truck driver drove recklessly and swerved in the car park. Almost hit me. He didn't get out of the car to say sorry but instead sat in the car swearing at me. While he was wearing a uniform and driving a Woolworths vehicle. How rude and uneducated.
