One of the best Woolworths stores in Australia . Great specials , 50 % off cheeses was an accurate and welcome true discount . Spotless is how I describe the shop . It is a perfect size store and spaciously set out .
Tried to make complaint and personally bring it to the store managers attention.Waited 10minutes no show.Went home phoned 8 times at different times no one bothered to pick up the phone.Eventually much later someone did,asked to speak with manager Amanda,was advised she's not in the store,left message with my name & number for her to call me the next day.She never bothered!!..what a poor example set for her staff...not to worry Amanda,fortunately Coles are in the same shopping centre...will be going there from now on
The team at Woolies Dianella are all so wonderful and friendly, it makes the time spent there worth going to
Appallingly bad supermarket. Dubious hygiene and massive price gougers of course, but also extremely poor and rude service, apart from a couple of (sadly) part timers who know me and are always helpful. Today it was the turn of a woman called Kerin or something (Karen would be more fitting), who despite being the "Customer Service Manager" found a way to make Basil Fawlty look good.
