Lost my Walking stick ..left it on the shopping cart..went back..ask the security guard .he said he found it..when i asked the store manager. Reckons he cant find it..!! If you missplace something in this store. You wont get it back.. Useless staff

11/10/ 2025 Late this afternoon I attended the Woolworths at Deer Park , l had 14 items in my trolley and I was standing at the express lane which is 15 items. When the female staff member with a scarf on her head told me I had to many items and I had to go to a register. And went on to serve another customer l went to the register next to the express lane. I dont know who's managing the click and collect. But one of my orders were given to another customer by accident. Dont you guys check name for click and collect? And now I've come to collect again and they still haven't gotten my order ready. Over an hour late of time frame I was suppose to pick up after waiting over half an hour in store after receiving message to say its ready for pick. You really need to hire more staff.
