I had a very disappointing experience at Woolworths Deception Bay today. I was shopping with an elderly disabled participant in a wheelchair, using a wheelchair-friendly trolley. Because self-checkout was not suitable, we waited for a cashier. Unfortunately, the staff member at the counter was extremely rude and impatient. Items were handled roughly, and I was told to pack everything myself in a humiliating manner. This was very upsetting, especially while supporting someone vulnerable.
