I was shopping at Woolworths when a lady from the online team rushed past me and an older gentleman, hitting both of us with her trolley. She didn’t even stop to say excuse me or check if we were okay. It was incredibly rude and unsafe. Woolworths should remind their online workers to slow down, show respect to customers, and wait until there’s enough room to pass. Appalling service — I couldn’t believe my eyes at what happened.
