I went to woolies store in dandenong plaza. I have to buy formola milk of Alula stage 3 from there. There was a container over there which was tinted really badly. I asked the girl over there name wadaala in self check in section. I asked her to call one of the managers that i wasn't sure to buy that inappropriate item at its full price rates. But she kept saying me that the container is tinted, nothing is wrong with it.. all my managers are at break.. we don't have anymore formala milk left from this company... moreover she... read more
I regularly buy my groceries from the various stores in the Plaza that Woolworths is a part of. When I went through the checkout, the woman there literally STOLE the items I'd bought from other stores, items they don't even sell in Woolworths! All the while telling me I was a shoplifter!!! I was mortified and walked with the rest of my groceries, and was accosted by some huge man who tried to stop me, I told him in no uncertain terms to let go of me and my bike INSTANTLY or I would call police, he let go. I regularly buy my groceries here.. only one criticism, a number of time, staff would be talking in the middle of the alley or pathway.. why can't they stand aside to chat?! ..don't they have manners? ..they are blocking customers who are shopping and pushing their trolleys... management should remind or perhaps trained them..
