i tried four trolleys at Dalyellup and the wheels kept jamming. I took a trolley from inside the shop and it was fine until I was on my way to the car and the wheels became stuck.
Very disappointed with the staff member on self checkout today. She did not believe I had put all of my items through. She told me she would let it go this time but I needed to be more aware in future. For goodness sake, i don’t steal and I’m now feeling pretty peeved, I spend a-small fortune in Woolies. No apologies from her when she realised I was not at fault. I believe some staff need to be retrained in customer service. Won’t be back to Dalyellup Woolies any time soon.
