Direct to boot - Your direct to boot area flows the wrong way. The first the 1st bay is the furthest away, and the poor staff have longer to travel to give customers their shopping. Also when the bay is full waiting cars impend the shopping Centre carpark and cars. If it flowed the other way the 1st bay would be closer to the door and if the bay was full the waiting cars would not impend the shopping Centre car park.
A young gentleman named Innes was very helpful, helping me load my car with my groceries from the click and collect. He was very polite and respectful towards me and the other customers.
As a delivery driver, I want to express my deep frustration with the new process at this store. Previously, we had a smooth drive-thru pickup, but now I have to collect orders from a pickup point and transfer groceries manually—from crates to trolleys, and then from trolleys to my car. This is not only time-consuming, but it’s extremely unsafe. There’s no pedestrian line, and traffic is heavy, so every time I’m at risk of an accident.
