I’ve been doing click and collect and Woolworths delivery for a while and have had no problems until now. Only half of my order was delivered and they gave me items I did not have. Absolutely appalled. Grateful for the refund but being unwell and at home I can’t leave to get the items I needed. Do better Woolworths.
The click and collect on a Sunday is terrible to say the least especially the 4 to 5 time slot!! Long queues and long waiting times!! Would have been quicker if just going into the shop to buy the items!! Try and do better Woolworths!!
You guys really need to sort out the long queue at direct-to-boot as it's always blocking the traffic in and out of the carpark.
The online direct to boot department is always clogging up the parking lot if you cant serve your customers ask them to park so we can actually use the road what is designed to be used for. DRIVING
A lovely young man named Liam was on the checkout when I went through today about 11 am. He was most helpful. He packed all my bags, and made sure they wouldn't be too heavy for me to lift into the car. He was so caring, and very efficient. Thank you Liam.
