Team member Anju at the self-checkout assisted us promptly with a billing issue today. I’ve never noticed anyone adjust a billing issue the way she did today. She addressed the discrepancy efficiently and ensured a smooth checkout experience. Five stars for Anju for her helpful and professional service. Three out of five for Woolworths overall, as accurate and updated price labels would help prevent these billing discrepancies in the first place. Big store with most brands on the shelf. Cafe that was in the front of the store is gone. Now has BWS next door with the delivery pickup in the car park underneath though.
big store- clean and plenty of staff Unfortunately, found half the items in some brands not available compared to in other stores. Green trolleys are smallish- not so good for “big” grocery shops
